Kale Chips

The most important thing about this recipe is that the kale lays in a single layer on the pan, because they turn soggy if they are layered because moisture is trapped between and they are cooked together.

I love this recipe because it’s a healthy crunchy snack and since we made it, we know there’s no bad chemicals or too much salt!  Also a great way to eat your veggies when you want a salty snack!
