Lush Bunny Moon Mask

My skin needs a lot of extra care in the winter, my skin gets dehydrated and dry and my nose peels.  It’s not cute.  So I take a lot of steps to create a skincare routine that will help keep my skin hydrated and healthy.  Masks really help to give my skin a moisture boost when moisturizer doesn’t seem to make a difference.  These two are my go-tos when my skin is super dry and really needs some outside help.

Lush Bunny Moon Jelly Face Mask

Lush Bunny Moon Jelly Face Mask

Lush Moon Bunny is amazing for sensitive skin.  The jelly texture is so unique and feels so good on the skin.  It’s super soothing and reduces redness in my skin really well. I notice my skin is less irritated and dry after this mask, which is so necessary this time of year.  This is a jelly face mask so to use it I kind of scratch a little chunk out. With a little pressure, it melts into my skin and spreads easily.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask

First Aid Beauty Oatmeal Mask is a crazy hydrating mask that I love when my skin is looking seriously dry and dehydrated.  It’s only a 10 minute mask so I never have to worry about carving out time for this mask.  The texture is creamy with bits of oatmeal, very thick and comfortable on the skin. It doesn’t dry out like a clay mask so it is very smoothing and softening.

These masks seriously calm and hydrate my skin in the frigid winter temps.  These are especially good after a hot shower when my skin gets tight or on a Sunday morning to prepare my skin for the week.
