It’s Spring Break which means Yours Truly is off exploring Europe.  This is my (almost) final traveling beauty case I’ll be toting along.

Traveling Beauty Case | Born To Be Bright

I love my Mario Badescu Rosewater Facial Spray and couldn’t travel without it and Clinique’s moisturizers (day and night) from the Moisture Surge line are The Bomb.  Although minis of both are total rip-offs, quality trumps all.  I decided to replace the Marcelle clay mask with the Clark’s Botanicals Deep Moisture Mask because the latter can be left on as  moisturizer, ideal for planes.

My base is the Too Faced Hangover Primer because long flights do not to a girl’s skin any favors and the bareMinerals Well-Rested will keep my under eyes under control.  For foundation I’m switching off between my two favorites: Origins Smarty Plants and it Cosmetics CC+.  Both of these look great all day and work well with this primer.  For concealer I’m bringing my Maybelline Fit Me and bareMinerals Correcting Concealer.  The bareMinerals one is so tiny that it fits in almost any bag for touchups and it’s so. creamy. I’ll set all that with the bareMinerals BareSkin powder to keep it in place.

The blushes and highlighters I’ll be using are in my favorite Afterglow Palette from Becca and my bronzer is Too Faced’s Chocolate Soliel (the chocolate scent was the decision maker).  Also I have my trusty Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Spotlight in Opal.

My eyes will be done up with the Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eyeshadow Primer, followed by either elf’s smudge pot in Back To Basics or the Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette, but what’s new?  Mascara is tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes and elf’s Waterproof Mascara TopCoat.  And brows are NYX Brow Mascara and a tiny essence brow pencil I seemed to have left out.

Lastly, my lips.  I like to wear brighter colors when traveling so I only brought one nude-y shade, Rikugien of course.  I also have Sephora’s Lip Cream in Blackberry Sorbet, L’Oreal’s Blake’s Red, and ColourPop’s Creeper.
